**Cash Card Terms:
1) To qualify for this offer you must spend between $150 and $249 for a $25 Visa® Prepaid Card, $249 and $449 for a $50 Visa Prepaid Card, or $450 or more for a $100 Visa Prepaid Card before taxes and fees on a participating hotel. Participating hotels are indicated above and are subject to change at any time.
2) This offer is valid for bookings made by August 31, 2012 , with travel completed by September 30, 2012. You must complete your stay to receive this offer. This offer is not valid on previous bookings or bookings made using a mobile device.
3) To be eligible, you must be a U.S. or Canadian resident, at least 18 years of age or older
4) After booking, click the redemption link from the confirmation page and submit your name and email address to redeem. You can also submit your name and email address from the qualifying reservation in your Hotels.com Account. You must have submitted your email and name by no later than September 30, 2012.
5) Within 4 weeks after your completed stay, you will receive an email to the email address submitted in step 4 requesting your mailing address.
6) Upon successfully submitting your shipping address, please allow up to 2 weeks for your $25, $50 or $100 Visa Prepaid Card to be mailed.
7) Limit: one (1) $25, $50 or $100 Visa Prepaid Card per booking.
8) Shipping to the 50 United States, District of Columbia, US Territories, and Canada only.
9) This offer is nontransferable, not redeemable for cash and void where prohibited.
10) Hotels.com and its suppliers are not liable for any loss or damage to any person or property in connection with the redemption of this offer.

12) The Hotels.com Visa Prepaid Card is issued by CenterState Bank of Florida, NA pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The card expires on April 30, 2013.
