The service and the quality of the hotel is good for the price you pay. You have to go through a 100 meter unfinished roadway to get to the reception area, but if you have a car it should not be a problem. Great swimming pool.

The hotel is situated in an area that could be considered questionable.Lots of low class areas near-by and the people located close to the hotel make you to be very cautious.The hotel is modern ,very clean ,and very comfortable..I have no complaints about the hotel .Good service,very polite personnel people.

nice place. Poor wireless connectivity - assume you will rarely get wireless access over a weeklong stay (very poor wifi). Somewhat so-so neighborhood - not near much, but not bad...downside is the abundance of roosters in the neighborhood, all of whom will crow at an incredibly early hour waking you up (the windows do a poor job of blocking outside noise)...like so many Philippine hotels, you will be awoken by 5am by neighborhood roosters crowing nonstop. Bed is also the typically low comfort foam found in so many Philippine hotels, making sleep less than comfortable

nice day time location for bargain hunters -- near Church and Magellan's cross. Beware the street food and small resto . Sanitation is a huge issue. Not for the faint hearted lots of homeless kids n pick-pocketeers. Enjoy otherwise. ............. Cheap clothes / pharmacy medicine

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Every staff member would greet you each time they saw you. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the bell hops went out of their way to make sure that we were helped with anything we needed. The complimentary breakfasts had plenty of food, and it was all good. The location in Cebu was very good, close to all major roadways, and to restaurants and shopping. The only drawbacks-and they were minor- were:1. The breakfast buffet had bacon only once (we were there 25 nights) and 2. The hotel is in a constant state of upkeep, with some sort of repair/construction going on. Otherwise, great value, great service, clean rooms, nice pool, and good location.

We picked this hotel for our first stay and visit to Cebu becasue of other reviews that we read about this hotel. There was only one bad review that I could find. All of the others all were great reviews. There are two things that I will say. The service was some of the best I have had in the world. The second was that the food was even better than the service. I will only stay at this B n B any time I an in Cebu. THe only small negative thing is neighborhood leaves a little to be desired. That is not fault of the hotel. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and also the manager Tessa. She was great and was the reason for the great service that she expects from the staff. SHe treats the staff well and the in turn treat the guest very well. No task was to small or to big. We are already planning our next trip for there again late this year.
