"Excellent guest service, they go the extra mile!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
This was my first time in Lima with business and leisure purposes. The staff at the Vila Santa hotel helped to make it a successful and pleasent stay at a fair price. Alba and Yessenia at the front desk and the manager Jessica, they went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure that we were comfortable. They treated us as if we were regular customers. They were eager to help with advice, directions, and dining recommendations. The customer service at this hotel is outstanding!
"Amazing room"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
Beautiful huge room. In a great location. Supermarket next door to stock the fridge with drinks. Great value for the money
"The customer service and the willing to help great"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 23, 2013
Very good hotel. The AC on the window was a little noisy, but the willing to help of the hotel's personal was amazing. I saw that they where working out side of the AC. I hope that will take care the noise form the AC unit. The rest of my experience was very good!
"Fun in the sun"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
Very nice hotel, excellent and extremely friendly staff, the rooftop pool is a must for Lima as the beaches are not that comfortable. Pretty reasonable prices at the restaurant and pool kept us using these services throughout the day and made it really convenient and easy to stay there while waiting for our late flight after checking out. Great view of the ocean and the surrounding area is nice and safe with many amenities close by. My only negative comment is that the room had a musty smell. It was not enough to make us try to change rooms, but it might be bothersome to a lot of other people. We just figured it was a condition of the carpet/drapes and the humidity in the area so we figured changing rooms would not help. Also a very excellent breakfast buffet is included. I would stay here again for sure.

"Great to kick back and relax"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 18, 2013
After hiking Machu Picchu for days it was nice to just kick back at this hotel and relax. Good breakfast selection, pool and sauna was just what we needed. It's also in a quiet neighborhood and short taxi ride to center and to Miraflores.
"Quite, peaceful hotel, in Miraflores"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 16, 2013
This is a small hotel, only 3 floors. No need to wait for an elevator to reach the top floors. It's close to Larcomar, but off the main streets so it's quite. But you are one block from Larco Av where you can hail a cab very easily. It's within walking distance of Parque Kennedy (Kennedy Park). Highly recommended.

Great hotel for the price and location. The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke more English than our Spanish.
