This was my first time in Lima with business and leisure purposes. The staff at the Vila Santa hotel helped to make it a successful and pleasent stay at a fair price. Alba and Yessenia at the front desk and the manager Jessica, they went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure that we were comfortable. They treated us as if we were regular customers. They were eager to help with advice, directions, and dining recommendations. The customer service at this hotel is outstanding!
"Quite, peaceful hotel, in Miraflores"

This is a small hotel, only 3 floors. No need to wait for an elevator to reach the top floors. It's close to Larcomar, but off the main streets so it's quite. But you are one block from Larco Av where you can hail a cab very easily. It's within walking distance of Parque Kennedy (Kennedy Park). Highly recommended.

It isn't trying to be 5 star, but for what it intends to be it succeeds. Almost a little bit boutique, though they don't call it that. Service was excellent. It is clean and well maintained. It near the sea and the park strip along the sea, and only about 10 minutes walk from the action along Calle Berlin. Not that Lima rocks or anything, but for Lima, it is in a good location. Pretty quiet too and the breakfast far exceeds the typical Peruvian bread and jam.
"Nice residential area for walks. Safe & convenient"

The stay was enjoyable, and have no problem recommending to others. The area is a fine, typical residential area, with side streets with parks and cafes or panaderias/bakeries. The people are quite friendly and were available for any questions or advice. They can also pick up or drop off at airport (for small charge), or help with a taxi service. Rooms are clean and well secure, and are more like studio apartments, with internet, cable, radio and even well equipped kitchenette and cooking utensils. There is a nearby market and supermarket. They do serve a light continental breakfast (bread, jam, coffee), which there are a couple of nearby bakeries that have a variety of fresh breads, juice and other things. The Zoo is nearby, but there wasn't time to see it. On the next trip we will stay here again.
