The stay was enjoyable, and have no problem recommending to others. The area is a fine, typical residential area, with side streets with parks and cafes or panaderias/bakeries. The people are quite friendly and were available for any questions or advice. They can also pick up or drop off at airport (for small charge), or help with a taxi service. Rooms are clean and well secure, and are more like studio apartments, with internet, cable, radio and even well equipped kitchenette and cooking utensils. There is a nearby market and supermarket. They do serve a light continental breakfast (bread, jam, coffee), which there are a couple of nearby bakeries that have a variety of fresh breads, juice and other things. The Zoo is nearby, but there wasn't time to see it. On the next trip we will stay here again.

Was pleased with the hotel especially since it was located in a nice, quite neighborhood surrounded by nice boutiques and one of Gaston's restaurants. Our room was big and comfortable, breakfast was usually the same every morning. One minor issue is that the staff serving breakfast was not that attentive to refills for coffee - got frustrating after a week's stay at the hotel. The only other issue was that there were 2 elevator banks (one in the front of the hotel and one in the back) and the elevator bank in the back, closest to our room, was out of service for the 5 out of 7 days that we stayed at the hotel.

The only bad thing about staying in this hotel was that we were only staying one night. They place is gorgeous! I did read from other reviews that it was loud at night, which I did notice, but it was faint and with the air conditioner on you definitely cannot hear anything. The bed was pretty comfy! The room was HUGE and very CLEAN! The bathtub looked like it was older than the room, but there was plenty of hot water and great pressure! i would absolutely stay here again in a second!
