The hotel room was a small, but well kept room. The lay out of the hotel is more of a motel in the US. The staff was very friendly and assisted with getting the taxi necessary for the airport. The restaurant was also very nice. The bed was a little short for my height but comfortable. Overall a nice place, but a little high in price for the 1 one stay.

Hotel is nice and the service is great. Some of the furniture may need upgrading. But overall, it was a great place to stay and well worth its price value.

they gave me my room early. some staff not at all friendly. some great. tour desk girl takes long lunches. some staff not knowledgeable about area. don't let the hotel book your taxi transfer to airport. they add a tax that is not disclosed. go out to valets. pool area great. super view. even opening the refrigerator triggers a minibar purchase even though reception says is does not. my room had a fabulous view, great shower, and super comfy bed. the hotel is the night time place to be and yet, the guest floors are quiet. restaurant and minisupers right outside front door--even a mc cafe. great price for what you get.

We stayed here for the 2 days prior to our departure from the city. The hotel is great for a short 2 --- 3 day stay , but I think anything longer would be a stretch. The hotel was very clean, the people were great, they even upgraded us to a 5-star luxury hotel when our room was not available on the first day (paid for the cab, room, etc). Location was very close to everything and within a short taxi ride away. Good choice, great price and will return if I come back to Panama City. Thanks.

.There are not enough street signs to tell you where you are. We stumbled onto Cuba st by accident. Hotel is Good but the traffic is so bad you cannot get anywhere. Would not stay in Downtown area if at all possible. Hotel staff are pleasant but speak limited English. Hotel food was very good and priced well. If you must stay in downtown this is a good choice. 3 blocks from the water.
