Farry's was a good value - large room, full kitchen, free internet, free parking, modest breakfast. Location is great for visiting Uni, and close to the many restaurants on George St. Bright sunny balcony was pleasant.

Easy to get to, but not in an area to appreciate the town of Dunedin. Everything was great, but would prefer to be more downtown to see more of this beautiful town.

I liked this hotel because its location was very convenient. Walking distance to the university where I had to give a presentation for work. It is very centrally located, and easy to walk around. It is right downtown. Breakfast was minimal. Room was larger than I thought it would be. The only thing is that if you arrive after hours, there is no one at the reception, or at least, not on Sunday nights, which is a bit problematic. I got there at 1030pm, and it was pitch dark. Thanks goodness, a colleague got to take the key for my hotel room. In the morning, the reception staff was extremely nice. I felt very welcome, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Dunedin area.

A well run B&B employing university students as receptionist/acting managers, thus providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently close to the city center, although the relatively short uphill climb may not be suitable for the less energetic. Recommended.

Very spacious 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen was well equipped,but a bit small, hard to fit 2 people in it! Free use of combination washer/dryer in bathroom,but don't bother if took over 3 hours to do one load and all clothes were extremely wrinkled! Free use of gas BBQ was great and lots of space to enjoy in the living room and bedrooms.

Large room, clean, comfortable. Nice location at edge of it all. Would absolutely stay here again.
