"Surprise in Granada"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 26, 2012
We were pleasantly surprised by the large junior suites and South Beach-style swimming area. Probably one of the largest swimming pools I've ever seen, although it does seem to close early. The hotel is laid out in a patchwork sort of way....the distant junior suites were significantly larger and nicer than the close-to-lobby doubles. The breakfast buffet was good and one day they offered made-to-order omelets. We also liked the location, at the end of a good street for shopping and dining.
"Great little Hotel in Granada"Reviewed by Rui and Monic of "Houston, TX" on Apr 10, 2012
Great service and accommodations; 4-5 blocks from the city center. Personnel were responsive and nice. Great cost / benefit. Neighborhood is not the best, but when compared to the rest of the country, it was above average. Very safe, with security day/night. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Some fruit was from their own garden, and prepared exclusively for you, a charming enhancement. Not a lot available to buy there. Might want to buy sodas (Specially if you drink diet) and small bottled water in town. No food / restaurant. But plenty within close walking distance. Price of food in town is a bargain when compared with the US.
"New Ownership, Beautiful Hotel"Reviewed by Jon F. of "San Francisco, CA" on Jan 31, 2010
We loved this hotel. The new owners are very nice people and were genuinely concerned about the quality of your stay. The newly renovated old hacienda is beautiful and tasteful. The rooms are very spacious.
