Good location. Offered a free shuttle to Chinatown, Bikut Bintang and Suri KLCC. The breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular.

Close to all transportation. Every where can be reach at walking distance too.It is a hotel that makes you feel a home away from home especially the breakfast & all the personals etc. I'll be back with my entire family soon. Thanks.

My 24 year old son and I spent one night at this hotel and enjoyed it. Fast and free Internet in the room and cleanliness made it a very comfortable stay. We spent three hours walking around the small city although there is not much to see. We returned to the hotel for some rest, enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel cafe, and asked the hotel to arrange a taxi ride to see the palace and huge mosque at night. Our taxi driver is one that they regularly use and that trip was the highlight of our visit. We paid 30 and he drove us around while answering our many questions about his country, city, and his life. The palace and mosque were both amazing and the city lights were dazzling in preparation for the birthday celebration of the Sultan. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed two nights and enjoyed the time. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is wonderful to see the inner city of KL. I walked everywhere I wanted to see. The elevated monorail station is also quite close for connection to anywhere in the city including the trains to and from the airport.
