Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff really prided themselves on customer service. We arrived early on a red-eye flight at 5:30am and the hotel allowed us to check in early rather than drop off bags in a tired state and roam the city until the normal check-in time. Wifi in the room did not work but the hotel seemed to know this could be a problem so they proactively checked in on the status and promptly refunded us for the wifi. The wifi in the common areas was excellent so we used that instead. And while in a busy area, the hotel was fairly quiet for a central location.

I chose this hotel based on reviews from this site. It did not disappoint. I stayed in Kuala Lumpur Jan 2013 for four days, and this hotel was perfect. Room was very clean and modern, and the staff was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay there. Rooms are small but nice. Great location by the metro. The wifi us awful though. We went to McD's or other places a block away to use their wifi before roaming the city.

I only had an electrical problem. Kettle and the electric stove did not work. Each time the fuse blowed within a minute. And I tried in other rooms, interestingly all were connected to the same fuse, although there were almost 15 fuses. my room no was 906. please fix these for the future guests.

The hotel is located near a train station, which we found to be an easy and cheap way to travel around the city. However, the hotel itself is not the cleanest. The room service everyday doesn't properly clean out the room. the mess is always there. Also some of the staff is not the easiest to talk to.

Conveniently located near masjid jamek and plaza raneyek LRT stations. 2km walk to petronas towers. Great front desk staff and breakfast buffet adds to the overall bang to the buck! Not for People with families and kids that can probably look at better hotels at affordable prices in the area.
