The hotel is in a great location for shopping, we didn't venture any further than the surrounding area as we were only there for the day. The staff are also extremely helpful. The airline has lost my baggage and were going to deliver the next evening. The concierge staff called up the airline to ensure that it was going to be delivered. When it had not turned up, the staff and called around and accepted delivery of my luggage at 1am! A big thank you to the concierge staff for taking car of this for me!

Good location. Offered a free shuttle to Chinatown, Bikut Bintang and Suri KLCC. The breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular.

Had a problem with the airconditioning. Had to try about 3 different rooms before we found one that the air conditioning worked or the toilet was not constantly running. The hotel is convenient for monorail and shopping. Pretty good breakfast.

If you need a central location to shopping and tourist places this is the place to stay. Can walk to KLCC as well as all the other malls and restaurants.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff really prided themselves on customer service. We arrived early on a red-eye flight at 5:30am and the hotel allowed us to check in early rather than drop off bags in a tired state and roam the city until the normal check-in time. Wifi in the room did not work but the hotel seemed to know this could be a problem so they proactively checked in on the status and promptly refunded us for the wifi. The wifi in the common areas was excellent so we used that instead. And while in a busy area, the hotel was fairly quiet for a central location.

We spent 3 nights and are going to book again i n 3 weeks. The check-in at midnight was somehow complicated, but otherweise the perso nal was very friendly and helpful. No complaints about the breakfast: it was rich and tasty. A city hotel for short stays.

Close to all transportation. Every where can be reach at walking distance too.It is a hotel that makes you feel a home away from home especially the breakfast & all the personals etc. I'll be back with my entire family soon. Thanks.

Excellent hotel. We had only a short stay in KL, but it's perfectly located adjacent to the train station. We were in on the express train from the airport in 35 minutes and able to check our bags to our flight from the train station! Also, the metro also meets here, and it was a 10MYR (three USD) cab ride to pretty much anywhere else in the city we wanted to go. The lobby is impressive, the club is not to be missed - if they sell those rooms, buy them because club level rooms come with evening cocktails and breakfast, you really don't have to buy a meal out. Staff was amazing, especially Alberto.
