Limited entertainment, incompetent reception staff, some waiting and hospitality staff not very friendly, some rooms are smaller for the same price, hotel is too spread out and many rooms are very far from the ocean

This is a hotel with a good staff and lots of potential. Beds need an upgrade and rooms smell musty. Otherwise good value and nice breakfast buffet. Nice to have access to adjoining hotel's grounds.

A very nice experience, stayed a total of 18 nights, 17 on one booking and added another night. The only thing I think could have improved our stay was the internet was not the most powerful. They hotel could also use a few more lounge chairs, and areas to sit for the guests.

I very much enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the hacienda. Had a charming room furnished with antiques. Clean and well appointed. Highly recommended.

It was a bit of a shock coming from the 5-star all inclusive resort to the Fusion, but it was fine. The only real complaints we had were that the beds were like laying on cement blocks, and that they asked that you throw your used toilet tissue in the trash can. We found that DISGUSTING and highly unsanitary, as if Mexico doesn't have enough problems with cleanliness. Other than that we had a good time, staff was friendly, hotel was cute (even if it needed some maintaining), and it had a great location.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance from everything! Rooms were small but quaint and our stay was great!

Hotel was charming and very upscale. A bit threadbare in spots but meticulously clean and the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant. Location was perfect (in town). Would definitely go back.

We were supposed to have wifi in the room but it is only in the common areas and very slow. Location is excellent, rooms are too small and if you get a window to the 5th avenue you will have a lot of noise during the night. The room is clean and service is good as well as the restaurant.

Playa Palms is a great value on the beach. Included continental breakfast served to you on your ocean view balcony. Friendly and attentive staff. Property is immaculate. Clean, cozy rooms. Small, clean, beautiful pool. 30 seconds from room to beach chair. Hotel was booked full, yet we felt like we were the only ones there. Half price access to great gym 1 minute away. 2 minute walk to 5th Ave. Everything you could want...food, music, shopping, nightclubs...right there. Love it. Can't wait to go back!
