This is a very nice airport hotel. Convenient, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and pool. With 2 small kids, it made our travel day so much easier to have spent the night before at the airport. We usually try not to support Marriott ... but this is the only hotel we'd consider within a few minutes of the Cancun airport.

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. upon our arrival we were greeted with congratulations and many other nice surprises followed. Our conseierge Raul was amazing. He took the time to chat with us and arrange for our every want or need to make our vacation amazing. We loved the the restaraunts especially the japanese one. We also took advantage of the 24 hour room service. The staff would come in and set the table for us and the presentation was always special. we found plent to do inside and outside of the hotel. lots of shopping and activities.

The location is very good for people have car, close to beach and shopping mall. Room is clean and large. Wifi is not working in rooms, only works in the lobby and restaurant.

Apart from the outrageous cost of transportation from Airport to hotel and back, my stay was very satisfactory. The 5 min. ride costs $35 U.S. or equivalent in Mexican pesos from the airport. The return is only $20! The shuttle service does not operate on sundays nor before 8am nor after 8pm on other days. Beware!

Exactly what we were looking for and expecting for the lower price. We used the bus system, which is about a 1/3 to 1/2 mile walk, but we enjoyed that. The room was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very nice pool. There is no beach access or waterfront views at the hotel, but we were okay with that. We had two days for a cheap but fun getaway to Cancun and this hotel was perfect for that. It was just me and my 15 yr old son, so it's not nearly as nice for a family that wants big spacious rooms, but again, we got what we expected, with good service and a clean room.

Great value for the money. Not a luxury hotel, this is for the smart traveler that won’t be wasting vacation time lounging around the hotel. Room was adequately sized, very clean, bathrooms are modern and hot water works good enough. Typical Mexican hotel bed is harder than the bouncy mattresses Americans are used to but I like them just fine. WIFI worked in the room fine. No elevator so if you can’t walk up a flight of stairs with your luggage be advised. Neighborhood is perfectly fine and parking is safe. Quick access to a convince store for snacks and beverages. Rooms do not face the street so there is no street noise. No loud disco in the area so it will be quiet while you sleep. AC works fine. Microbus and taxis nearby. I didn’t try the continental breakfast because it looked boring but the coffee was good. Long story short, you will get a good night’s sleep here and still have money left in your budget to have fun in Cancun.
