This bustling Downtown district, built around the gorgeous Parque de las Palapas, is brimming with exciting craft stores and delectable taco stalls, and is the thrilling heart of Old Cancun. Have fun on dry land with 18 holes at the sumptuous Greg Norman-designed Playa Mujeres Golf Course, which boasts some of the most pristine greens and incredible views in Mexico, or pop down to Lopez Portillo Avenue for the freshest local seafood.
This charming residential district is a relaxing retreat from the 24/7 buzz of Downtown Cancun. The hotel overall was great. I had adjoining rooms and the one with the king bed was fine. I can see how some one may complain about the one with the double beds since there is no room in between the two. It wasn't an issue for me. I didnt spend that much time in the room.
Food was good. A little bland but nothing a little salt can't fix.
I had to ask for towels but when I did they were prompt about it and no questions asked.
The stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Be open minded and flexible and you won't be disappointed.

He took the time to chat with us and arrange for our every want or need to make our vacation amazing. We loved the the restaraunts especially the japanese one. We also took advantage of the 24 hour room service. The staff would come in and set the table for us and the presentation was always special. we found plent to do inside and outside of the hotel. lots of shopping and activities.

Everything was fine, the staff was very attentive and accommodating and let us leave our bags safely there as we arrived early and our room was not ready. We felt comfortable to then go and explore Cancun some before checking in. The other issue we did not know ahead of time was that it was next door to a casino, it was noisy in the night we heard people talking and carrying on which did interfere with our sleep. We were not sure if the hotel walls were just not very sound proof or what, but that was the only issue. The hotel was very clean, modern and we had no complaints with that. and the staff was very friendly. The courtyard and pool area was very attractive, but the pool was small.
