"It was okay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
This hotel is somewhat "no frills" - for example, in a 2-person room they will only give you 2 bath towels (no hand towels or wash rags). No toiletries are provided, aside from a basic small bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. The bed was about as basic as you can get, but it wasn't uncomfortable so I can't really complain. There was a safe in the room, so you can lock up your passports, laptop, tablet, etc. The neighborhood where the hotel was located is actually pretty quiet - quieter than I had expected, because I didn't even need to use earplugs when sleeping (and I was only on the 3rd floor). The front desk staff spoke good English and were helpful for the most part. If you need to print a boarding pass, they'll make you pay 15 pesos for 30 minutes of use of one of their lobby computers, and they will make no exceptions if you just need to use it for 2 minutes, which I found somewhat annoying. Otherwise, there is free WiFi located throughout the hotel, and the speed was actually quite good. The good Internet connection is what bumps my rating of this hotel up to a 4 instead of just a 3.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay between flights. The gym is well equipped with a variety of equipment and it has a nice view of airplanes coming and going. Also, the breakfast included was surprisingly good. Don't forget that there is a free shuttle service to/from the airport, so no need to pay for a taxi.

"Good place for business meeting."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
Had good service, but was noisy on Hwy. side of hotel. Should have had room at the back.
