Excellent staff. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. They have their own driving service to use rather than taxis. Quite nice. The rooms are not 5 star but are very adequate and very clean. The restaurant on the 10th floor has great views and good food too. Finally the location is perfect!!!!!

It is a good hotel, need to improve maintenance. Very high prices for breakfast and dinner.

This was my third time staying here. It is a dependable accommodation and I always feel welcomed here by the friendly staff . And everything works! I will continue to book this hotel on future visits.

Clean and comfortable room recently refurbished; not fancy or luxurious but a great bargain. Excellent service and good food in the restaurant. Helpful staff. Well-furnished lobby with free internet that usually (but not always) works. Close to Metro Hidalgo (subway) and to Metro-Bus.

I really love it. The hotel is wonderful and we got parking and condition air it is a plus for me. It was very clean and family friendly confortable rooms and quiet.
