  Staff was prompt and courteous. Very clean. Did not use many amenities. Downtown location very convenient.

  Hotel location is quite convenient for events at Auditorio Banamex and Arena Monterrey. After the event you can walk at the hotel, and is quite safe since it is inside Parque Fundidora.

  The hotel is very nice. But they did not have all of our info. The restaurant is too crowded, with non-guests.

  The hotel is located in a privileged place of the city, it is close to a mall, movies, shopping center, and all the transportation is just one taxi away. The rooms were clean and the staff courteous. It does not have any fancy features (no gym, no pool, no coffee maker at the room), just the basics. It was enough for my business trip. My only complain is the breakfast, it was horrible, might as well walk across the street to the hotel in front of it and have breakfast there.

  Overall we enjoyed our stay, also, the reason we selected this hotel is because is centrally located and most of all because it felt safe, with all the valiance going on in the city, we felt that having a valet service virtually inside of the hotel, to us that was one of the things that we consider at the time of our reservation.

  Clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Food on site was good. Security appeared good.
