"Solid 4s all around. Location wins!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 2, 2013
This was leg two of my 8 day visit through Morocco. (Casablanca, Agadir, Marrakesh) I tried to keep things on the budget, but enjoy as much culture and sites as possible. The Beach club room i stayed for 3 nights in was simpler: no hairdryer, microwave, etc. But if you are not tied to those conveniences of the west, focus on the winning areas. Room had a nice balcony over its internal grounds with pools, diners, piano bar, gym, etc. No view of the ocean, but it was a minute walk, so i didn't mind. Location is great because it is central on the promenade and close to eateries. It is a bit of a walk to the Marina area of the city, but worth it. The view of the Casbah Mountain with the Arabic inscription: Allah , The King , One's native land is terrific. For the hotel price paid, this is a terrific, if simpler, location. Caught the bus to Marrakesh next! (Use CTM - it's pretty reliable)
"Great Hotel lousy service"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 10, 2012
I have stayed at three different Kenzi's during my travels in Maroc. This was a beautiful hotel and great location in Agadir. Right across from the beach. If you enjoy the beach resort experience, this definitely offers it. The breakfast was excellent and enjoyed the hotel ambiance. What was terrible was the way I felt as an American. I did not buy the all inclusive and I felt that I was treated much differently. This is a wonderful place if you are Arabic or French and access the language easily. I tried to ask a couple of times questions at the front desk and was ignored or pushed aside quickly. While sitting at the pool, I noticed several employees asking how people were doing and engaging in conversations. Yet, both times I was ignored and felt uncomfortable. The hotel offers nightly evens in the lobby. I would stay at this hotel again, however, I just don't really expect much as far as respectful customer service...I just chalk up to communication barriers...

"Excellent Choice in Agadir on the Beach!"Reviewed by Denise T of "Boca Raton,FL" on Jan 3, 2011
Location was perfect,on the hotel strip on the beach. Staff was excellent and multi-lingual, Room was extremely nice and the breakfast buffet was huge and tasty. Wireless in lobby. Security was excellent and I would definitely return. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars on everything was the towels screamed for fabric softener! Pool and outdoor areas are outstanding too. Good family hotel as well with kids program.
"FANTASTIC"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 17, 2010
For the affordable price this Hotel was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it to others. If I had to say anything negative, it was that the restaurant was very slow preparing meals. If you decide to eat at the hotel restaurant prepare to wait a long time.
"Needs improvement"Reviewed by Henry J of "Carrollton" on Nov 17, 2009
I must say it was a good hotel, but little upkeep is in order. Such as light bubls that dont work, phone that is not operational, on and off switch that was hanging out of its socket...but over all it was a good hotel environment, clean and nice atmosphere.

"As expected"Reviewed by S Skjfgd of "London" on Jul 18, 2009
The hotel is not chip one :) so the quality is very good. I can recomend for young people, since there is very nice night club. The Beach is really good, but with huge dead medusas lieing on sea-sand.(we saw two) A lot of french people.
