"Close to the train and bus station!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 28, 2013
The hotel is very nice and conveniently located near the train and bus station. It's also within walking distance of the medina and nice shops and restaurants.

The staff were azazing everybody went out of their way to make your staff enjoyable and comfortable. Simo, Ali, and Kalid at the front desk were very helpful and polite. The entertainment group was very welcoming and friendly. I wpuld totaly recommend this hotel in a heart beat.
"Good Value hotel with excellent location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 27, 2013
I'd recommend the Dellarosa for its great location, large, comfortable rooms and friendly service. My only suggestion is that in suites' kitchenettes come equipped with basic cookware, dishes, silverware, unlocked refrigerators, etc... There's a stated policy at the entrance prohibiting guests from bringing in food and drinks from outside. This is silly, since the suites actuallty have kitchenettes.
"Beautiful spot"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 14, 2013
This is a lovely riad with one or two drawbacks. The water from the shower drained very slowly so you had to stand in two inches of it. When you arrive if it's evening you have no idea how to get out of the alleys where it is located to the main square, which is actually only a short walk away, but you can't take a taxi because the alleys are too narrow. So you might not be able to go for a walk until the next day when you can find your way around. The food is excellent but it seems that they don't really want guests to eat there because the prices are so high. We ate there the first night and there was one set meal with no price advertised. Afterwards I asked how much it was and found out it was 25 euros per person, which is about four times as much as food anywhere else in Marrakech. It was a nice meal but I wouldn't want to pay that price for that meal in Europe, let alone in Africa. The staff were very helpful though and an Expedia rep provided information about excursions and met us at the hotel on our first morning so that we could quickly make plans. I would stay there again, but not eat there at that price.

"nice riad"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 1, 2012
Everything was great, specially the service. Only problem is the location: though it is within walking distance from the SUK to get to the riad itself you have to walk like 200 meters along dark and smelly alleys (not dangerous because it is near the royal palace and there is police all around) but just not nice

A wonderful place - friendly staff, great food. It is about 15 mins walk from the plaza. The street itself is very quiet. We felt safe there. I would stay there again.
"An Oasis in the chaos"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 30, 2012
This tidy litte riad is a welcome respite from the chaols of the medina. It is tucked away in a quiet area but still very close to the souqs and tourist attractions. It is hard to find but once there, the proprietor is happy to offer good advice and service.
"Very nice riad in confusing medina"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 10, 2012
This riad was great in every way. The staff was helpful from the very first moment of our trip to the very last. We stayed four nights and never tired of the place. The room was small, but comfortable and very clean. There was unlimited hot water and even a tv, though it only had two channels of news. Literally the only downside to this riad is that it's located in the medina, which can feel very sketchy at night (it's not at all dangerous, but is unsettling even for a small group). We overcame this by just taking a taxi to a square about 150m from the hotel and walking from there. I would recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh. Just be prepared to take a taxi home at night!
