The Riad was great but the neiborhood was not that good, It's really hard to find this place, there's no any sing at all and It was really scarry to walk from the place the taxi droped us off at 9:00 pm to the Riad, the only direction the taxi driver gave us was take this way and walk 300 meter straight but we found many little streets and got so confused till we found some kids and ask them for the Riad and 3 of them lead us tho the main entrance of the Riad, we pay them 5 Euros but they keep asking for more money. The service was just great, the brackfast was good, but after 3 days we had almost the same a lot of carbs and low in protein.
"typical Ibis"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 21, 2013
If you have stayed at Ibis before, no surprises. This hotel is about 6km out of the city center - perfect if you have a car and you've had enough Riads and the Medina - this hotel is in a quiet suburb. Room can be a bit noisy in the morning as the sound carries through the hall. Food was SPECTACULAR, we had two meals a day and even left the Medina to return to the Ibis because the restaurant was so tasty.
"Wonderful location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Riad Nesma, and we enjoyed our stay there tremendously - it is very close to all the sights in the medina, the staff was very friendly, and the freshly squeezed orange juice you had to start your breakfast off with was delicious - furthermore the staff served you a nice pot of mint tea whenever you felt like it - also a real treat. Considering that it is categorized as a budget riad, you get really good value for your money.

"A good place to stay."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 30, 2012
This hotel had a beautiful swimming pool. It was on a major road into Marrakech and was a good location for driving to all of the sights. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The map was not clear enough for us to drive to the hotel without assistance.
"Very nice stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 2, 2012
Although a bit tricky to find (even with GPS on the phone) we really liked Riad Hannah once we got inside. An intimate place, it had nice staff who even let us take breakfast with us as we had an early bus out to Essaouira. Room and beds were nice, location right in the medina. Would stay here again.

"Very nice, great host, highly recommended."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 14, 2012
My rating says it all, "highly recommended". Besides being a great place to stay Riad Jommana represents excellent value. Service was top-notch, room was terrific. Best of 3 Riad's in which we've stayed by far. The only semi-significant complaint was that the pillows were very hard. And even that is not a fair complaint as I said nothing to the owners and thus gave them no chance to correct. All of the excellent reviews are well deserved.
"Five star service in charming riad"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 17, 2012
My family and I recently stayed here for a 4-day vacation after reading the many positive reviews online. Noor Charana did not disappoint. The riad is conveniently located near the Medina, where most of the action takes place. It was a five minute walk to the souks, Djeem al-Fna, Katoubia mosque and cafes. The riad itself is in a non-descript location off a side street so I highly recommend using their taxi service to bring you there from the airport. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. Mouha (the concierge/manager) was very helpful and made our stay worthwhile. He helped arrange day trips, meals and transportation. Breakfast was made by fresh every morning by Naima, the resident housekeeper and cook. She made lovely meals with fresh coffee, fruit and traditional Moroccan pastries. For 18 euros per person, Naima will make a delicious traditional three-course Moroccan dinner, finished off with mint tea and cookies. My parents loved it! I highly recommend Riad Noor Charana to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Owner Mr Farook is extremly helpful. I had to contact my dessert tour operator and did not have enough info. Mr farook helped me beyond my expectation. He gave me his own laptop and phone to use to find details what I needed. He made sevaral phone calls for me. Even though we had communication problen, i could not speak Freanch and Arabic, he worked extremly hard to locate tour operator. Greatly appreciated. His staff is very nice. traditional Morroccan decoration of hotel and garden is imprassive.
