I have been to this hotel with a larger group of friends, we rented 3 suits with 3 rooms each. The hotels.com booking says "breakfast included" the hotel blaimed it on hotels.com and charged us for the breakfast. I refused the charges and signed some papers. They charged my backaccount again. I am in contact with hotels.com

The hotel is in a very convenient location (less than 5 min walk to train station) but you can tell immediately that the rooms have seen better days. The staff was great to work with and we received a good deal on the room but I would not pay full price to stay there. Overall, slightly above average.

A charming above average Riad in the Medina built about the late 19th C for a vizier to the Sultan .....3 stories , just 4 rooms , one a pad for the legendary Josephine Baker in the 1920's .who stayed here when in Marrakesh .Excellent period furnishings , our room was large enough to have us and 2 children feel comfortable ..bBfasts are fresh and hot , service even better .If thuth be told there are 2 very good reasons to stay here.....one is Khatija and the other is Aziz .. Unlikely there are 2 such people in any Riad here . Khatija , the duty manager is charming, well spoken, knowledgeable , and extremely helpful . Aziz , the major domo assistant manager is indescribable--a human dynamo of help . These two make this Riad very special .

Overall an excellent stay - knowledegable and friendly staff all in a fantastic location - we were there in December and our only complaint was that there was no AC in the rook and it was hot - fortunately we were on the top floor and could therefore sleep with the patio door open - otherwise this was an outstanding hotel for the price -

Due to a booking error that had us reserved for only two nights, instead of three, at a riad in the middle of Marrakesh, my wife and I took the opportunity to book a room at the Kenzi Menara Palace for a much-needed day of rest and relaxation during our otherwise action-packed honeymoon. My first thought as we took a taxi to the hotel was that the place was huge! Although we were blown away by the size and the grandeur, we couldn't help but feel like the place was almost too big to take in fully. The rooms were modern and clean, but it took us approximately 7 minutes to walk to our room from the front desk. The amenities, including the outdoor pool and bar, restaurants, lounges, etc. were very well-maintained. All in all, the Palace is a great place for you to relax without needing to leave the premises.
