"In downtown Casablanca"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 31, 2013
It was excellent except for the parking situation. very hard to find a parking spot.
"Everything Necessary"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 9, 2013
Casablanca is overwhelming. This place is a little oasis that's a bit pricey (my only complaint) in it. Spectacular views from rooftop bar. Wifi worked fine. Super great service. The neighborhood feels as safe as one can in Casablanca. Within walking distance of a lot of stuff.

"Close to train station"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 2, 2012
The hotel was clean and solid. The only bad part was that my room was a little smokey. Not sure if there was a way to get a non-smoking room. It is a very short walk to the train station to get to Rabat; the doorman showed me the way.
"Decent Place to Stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 20, 2012
Our room was on the 7th Floor (8th in America) and facing the street. The street is fairly noisy. (As is the bar on the first floor!) We asked for a king-sized bed but got two doubles. Fortunately the room was clean, even though the shower head was slightly damaged and sprayed funny. The doorman was fantastic--he saw us walking on the street away from the hotel and stopped just to make sure he was OK. However, the man at the desk in the afternoon was sketchy: he quoted me one price until it became apparent that I was going to use a credit card, and then the price suddenly dropped. He also failed to inform the morning staff that we had extended our stay and in the afternoon he sent another couple to our room after they had checked in. Finally, he had the gall to ask for a tip. Breakfast was fairly expensive for as little as the offered--merely a continental breakfast. It was easy to get around from the hotel though, so the location was nice.
"Avoid the neighborhood"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 14, 2012
The hotel is in the midst of a construction zone. If you plan to take taxis everywhere, no problem. The neighborhood is absolutely grim, even without construction. I was in Casa in unusual circumstances, and had to stay for 10 days for some legal affairs. I showed up with my mom and my 10-month old son, and the person at the desk gave us a room next to a service area: banging pots and pans, etc. We asked to move--the manager assured us he'd give us a quiet one--and he put us right below a lounge, where servers were clicking heels and banging around early in the morning then from 7-10 pm. What's the deal?? Otherwise, the staff people were wonderful and helpful with me, helped me get the stroller up and down steps to get to the pool. The room was very nice, though when we asked them to replace a lightbulb, it never happened. Got bored with the food options--and there is nothing reasonably priced to eat there. The high-end eatery, Cafe M, is superb. Neighborhood offers KFC. You can walk through the rubble and chaos of the city to get to Sqala, a great restaurant. My advice: avoid Casablanca if you can. Stay in Mohammedia, right on the beach.
