I am completely satisfied with my stay at this inexpensive and perfectly located hotel. This hotel is literally two blocks from the historical town center, and was a great value. The staff was kind and attentive, answering all of my questions, as well as arranging for airport rides (to and from), wake-up calls (knocks, actually!) and overall made me feel at home. They have two computers in the lobby that are free to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again!

Wonderful hotel with old-world charm and character. The breakfast buffet was huge and one of the best I've had. The bar/lounge has the perfect cozy ambiance, and the rooms are clean and extremely comfortable.

I have always stayed in this hotel while visiting Riga. Great price and location. Everything you need is near you. Many restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and bars. The only negative, is the hotel seem to be going down since my last visits. Many little things are missing, for example there shoe cleaning station, flat screen televisions, guarded luggage storage, ect. ect.

great place to stay except for the street noise early in the morning but, of course, that was not the hotel's fault. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - even recommended a close-by restaurant and got us reservations even though it was full as their restaurant was booked for the night.

Beat my expectations. Loved everyhing about it. Great breakfast included, central location, nice, helpful stuff.
