I stayed at this hotel for 5 days in July. I found the hotel staff very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is located near the international port, which means that it is a bus ride away from the old town. There are two buses which stop outside the hotel and go downtown - one goes to the bus and railway stations. Just a short walk away is the main shopping area with huge shopping malls. There are lots of buses from here into town.
