Staff could not be more accommodating. Due to a mix up on my end with reservation, staff was very accommodating and helped immensely. They were extremely helpful. Room was nice, nothing special but clean with nice amenities. Could use free toothbrush/comb as part of bath supplies. Restaurant was very nice. Business center, extremely helpful. Staff were fluent in English and very knowledgeable about things to do in Seoul.

satisfied my only complaint is they clean the room so late...sometimes 4 p.m....and so many times they dont really clean they just do the bed ...i need to complain and take out the linen to make sure it will be changed.

The room was small, but modern and cute. The staff was very helpful and held our bags at the front desk after we checked out, so that we could sightsee. The location is great! The walls are very thin and we could hear the people next door and everything they were saying.

We needed a night for a conference we attended. This was a great deal. We highly recommend this hotel. The staff spoke very good English and there was a shuttle to Seoul Station. The room was small but adequate. There is a 24 hour 7-11 in the Lobby which came in very handy.

My wife and I wanted a room within walking distance (with luggage) from Seoul Station because we were catching an early morning KTX after a late-evening arrival at Incheon airport. Not only is the hotel 3 short blocks from the station, it also is on the KAL shuttle bus route from Incheon airport. Getting from Seattle to a room in Seoul could hardly have been more convenient and efficient. Our room on the 12th floor looked out on Seoul Tower and Mt. Namsan with a gorgeous sun (and moon) rise view. While not cheap, our single king room was clean, with full western amenities like a bathtub shower and 110V plugs, which was convenient for this quick, one-night stay. Check-in/check-out, bellhop, and room service each was impeccable. Wi-fi, however, is charged by the day :o(.
