Staff could not be more accommodating. Due to a mix up on my end with reservation, staff was very accommodating and helped immensely. They were extremely helpful. Room was nice, nothing special but clean with nice amenities. Could use free toothbrush/comb as part of bath supplies. Restaurant was very nice. Business center, extremely helpful. Staff were fluent in English and very knowledgeable about things to do in Seoul.

Very nice, comfortable room, and an incredible price for the location. The rooms have hardwood floors which I do not like because they feel dirty, the bathroom has a strange shower set up, and the bed sheet had a small blood stain on it by the pillow. However, overall it was well work the sub $60 price I paid. Located close to Seoul Station and there's a Kraze Burger downstairs!

Title says it. Staff was friendly, room nice and clean, and neighborhood had plenty of food, coffee, and late night places to share a meal and a beverage with a friend. Would not suggest it for a first time solo visitor to Seoul. While the neighborhood is good, it is not a tourist activity hub.

Can't say enough good things about the hotel and the service. Very helpful and excellent experience. The hotel is very quick to downtown by subway. Room was newly remodeled and worked well. Very clean. Lots of gadgets and methods which are very Asian and may be unusual to Westerners, but I figured them out easily enough.
