"Central location to go any where around Seoul"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
Overall would be 5 if the smoke not coming to our room from the hall. The convenient location to catch the bus or subway. The room is small but enough and has computer ready to use which added more convenient.
"Good service! Location isn't so great."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 13, 2013
The staff was very helpful! The rooms were small, but clean and cozy. Subway stop is very close!
"Good accommodations in a nice centralized location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 18, 2013
We stayed in a double with its one separate bathroom. The room was tiny, mainly bed, but we were only there for two nights and didn't spend too much time in the room, so that was fine. There is breakfast provided in the morning but you have to go seek it out yourself. It isn't laid out like you might find in other hotels. The staff is very nice and willing to help, like turning the heat up or down depending on which you need. The wifi was pretty good and there were a lot of channels on the television which was helpful when relaxing at night. We mainly enjoyed how close it was to Itaewon and the USO for our DMZ trip. You could walk to the brown, light blue or dark blue lines from the hotel (though line 1 - dark blue was about 10 minutes away or so).
"The owner is a real sweetheart"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 2, 2012
The Owner is so helpful on answering your questions and informing you about the culture with a special gift that was hand made for my Granddaughter. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The location for taking the train and subway-the best. There was Cable Tv with many English Channels that I enjoyed in the evening and also a very good internet connection in my room..
"Good price-quality ratio"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 19, 2012
Lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel, easy access to line 2 of the Subway. Pleasant staff. Nothing negative to report especially considering the rate.
"Inexpensive pleasant hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 31, 2012
I stayed here for 3 nights, owing to Typhoon Bolevan after my business trip in Daegu. I was pleasantly surprised at how well-kept this hotel was ... much better than the Daegu hotel. This hotel was convenient to a mall and to the bus shuttle to Incheon Airport. Better phone system and the price was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall friendly, except for one front desk agent. Bathroom was detached from room and smelt of smoke in the morning, Room very clean and neat.

"Casaville Residence."Reviewed by bee KB of "European living in Beijing" on May 30, 2010
The location is not the best, because of the distance to the city center. It is placed in a back street, but the rooms are very clean, has a little kitchen and bathroom, TV and wardrobe, blades, a table and chair and king bed. The staff is really really helpfull and kind. Is 5mins walking distance from the City Air Terminal, a Bus Station where all the buses from the airport depart and arrive.
