"next to subway station"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 13, 2013
Really great hotel, near multiple subway stations on various lines, good breakfast available next door, only complaint is room smelled of cigarette smoke, but faint smell.
"Best hotel in Tokyo!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 8, 2013
We stayed in a few places in Tokyo and this was by far the best. Overall luxurious experience. Roppongi is a great area and very central. We stayed in Ginza and Shinjuku in the same trip and we thought Roppongi was actually the best of the three places especially if you plan on going out at night. This hotel will not disappoint! All the restaurants are fantastic and the breakfast that comes with your stay is a delicious buffet.
"Excellent Choice in Tokyo"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 3, 2012
Great hotel, a bit busy in the lobby most evenings, and because smoking is allowed in the lobby it can have a Las Vegas feel. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the service is first rate. Great for business. Location next to Tokyo Midtown (which includes a Starbucks) is also a plus.
"Missed bathtub"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 20, 2012
Overall I like the hotel but I was dissapointed to know my room didn't have a bathtub. It has only shower. I wish I knew when I booked the hotel.

"Luxury across from Ueno Koen"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 18, 2012
Great place to stay for our final two nights in Tokyo. Ofuro (public bath) was nice, and breakfast was included - Japanese and western options. The front desk staff speaks English, and they were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and small (you're in Tokyo, after all). It was nice to be right across from Ueno Koen and the Keisei Ueno station. Makes it easy to get out for a morning run around the park, and a fast check-out and train ride to Narita airport.
