"Hotel is very close to some must-see attractions"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 23, 2013
Awesome! Staff is excellent in every way. The hotel itself is a little vintage. Rooms are old school too. Hotel is close to must-see attractions, some only walking distance.

"True Japanese hospitality"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 11, 2013
If you want global luxury, opt for the Conrad, Peninsula, or Grand Hyatt. If you want truly unique Japanese luxury at it's finest, you can't beat the Imperial Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive without being overbearing. It's the subtle things that matter. The staff at the Imperial Hotel clearly showed they understood this. The room was perfect. The food superb. The pool, bath, sauna, and fitness facilities were all excellent. I used them several times. We had our two kids with us but they supported us all. Thankfully we never got the sense that "kids don't belong here."
"Fantastic Value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 31, 2013
I stay here frequently and consider this one of the best values in Tokyo. Clean rooms, free internet, one block from Shinjuku station and a decent breakfast at a reasonable price for Tokyo. Also, there is a nice bar and dinner restaurant on site, too. The only thing missing is a fitness center, but you can't have everything for a great price.
