The stay was short but very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The offerings in the main dining could do with wider choices at times but the quick efficiency of the staff made up for that. They were willing to serve. Check in was a little slow but you were served cold refreshing fruit juices while you wait. Overall very good stay. The jerk chicken was gooood!!!

Its not a resort, so don't expect one. They were extremely lovely people and accommodated us nicely. We were party of six with 4 children and they handled our crowd beautifully. There is a small fee for additional children. It can almost be walked to from Montego airport so it was convenient for our evening arrival and early morning departure. The food was great and hospitality even better.

This hotel advertises that it is a 10 minute walk to the shops and the beach, but they fail to advertise that it is a quick elevator ride and takes less than 5 mintues, we found it to be the perfect location. This was a huge surprise and we loved it. They provide free access to the beach with complimentary towels. We were very happy with our room in block D, it was clean and comfortable. TV reception could have been better .Access to WiFi is free. You will love the service for breakfast and their choices are good. Dinner was disapointing from the menu to the service but the food we had was well prepared.

I unfortunately stayed there with a very badly sprained ankle so didn't get to see as much of the inside as I would have liked. I absolutely loved the appearance of the villa both inside and out. View was breathtaking since its buried in the countryside. The caretaker, Dian was a very pleasant, kind and helpful person. Made us feel like family. I would definitely go back again.

To start checking in was miserable, then after an hour of trying to check in the clerk gave us the keys to a room that was not cleaned, dirty towels, bed not made ect: and on top of that a room in the last building in the back so with that experience we had to walk all the way back to the front desk again, but once that was sorted out the grounds,the dining staff, the food, our new room, just all worked out fine. i would comeback again................................

It was pleasant experience, considering I mostly stay at the larger All inclusive hotels. I was happy to have found this hotel during the peak season. The price was affordable and that's the reason why I stayed with you on my short business trip. I know of some Russian people who wants to visit JA but would like to stay at a less costly hotel. I will be recommending Toby to all my friends here in New York. Thank you

Great for family with children. Food was good. Location is good away from the city. This was my 2nd stay and will definitely return. Staff was friendly, helpful and resourceful
