Great breakfast and customer service at front desk. Heat in room not on until we asked, heat in bathroom did not work until expert in Johnson Controls was contacted.

Perhaps this is what you have to pay in Parma, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more. The old fashioned decor was fine, but it is faded and old. The room was larger than others I've seen in Parma, and had a sofa that could have slept another person. The bathroom was nice, with a nice tub. I had a room with 2 small beds (quite narrow). One mattress was very soft, as if there were broken springs. The other was very firm and the mattress was smaller than the box springs, so a bit odd. There were 2 tv channels in English (CNN & BBC), which is the most I've seen in a Parma hotel. The breakfast and breakfast room was very nice (befitting the price... almost).
