"Great Location."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
We enjoyed our stay at the Kolbe Hotel. The location was fantastic, with Roman ruins right across the street. We had a great view of the hotel garden , and picturesque Roman roof tops. The staff was very professional, and courtesy. The room was narrow and box like, but well designed with an upstairs loft. Our children thought it was the best hotel on our trip. My wife and I loved the location. Historic ancient Rome is right in your backyard. Rome was one of our favorite spots, Hotel Kolbe included.
"Great Place in Rome!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 23, 2013
This is a reasonably priced hotel near some of the best attractions in Rome. The room was small (it was a triple) but it had a balcony that was huge and we loved it! I would stay here again even with the tightness of the room because who comes to Rome to stay in the room?
"Charming Hotel, Excellent Value, Ideal location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
My boyfriend and I stayed at Casa De Fiori Hotel earlier this week. The staff could not have been kinder or more friendly and accomadating. Our room was very clean and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable bed and large bathroom and shower. The location could not be better, convenient to so many of the best sites in Rome, including Campo De Fiori, Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. 5 Thumbs up!
"the BEST ! location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
This hotel is just steps from the metro stop Barbarini; also less than 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and about 15 minutes to the Pantheon. 15 minutes and easy by Metro to the colleseum and roman forum. Excellent place to stay. Staff was super in terms of support and friendliness. Hotel entrance was on a small cobblestone side street. Very clean hotel and recently renovated; so very pleasing lobby and breakfast area. The lobby and breakfast area are small, but the hotel also quite small, so no problem. Room and bathroom a fair size for older european construction; but again, all was renovated so clean and pleasing. WiFi available in the lobby. Only slight negative is that the shower was about the smallest I've seen, so a bit difficult to navigate at 6'4" ! Overall the perfect hotel for location and value from which to enjoy Rome. Highly recommended !
"Amazing Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
This is one of the few "5 star" hotels in Europe that actually feels that way. We had a great staff that were multi-lingual (English, Italian, French, Spanish & German). The room was fully modern, very clean, full HVAC, electric blinds, "bidet" and had a great view of the neighboring church. Location wise, you pay extra for this spot since it splits the distance between the Roman Forum and Vatican City, and its dead center for all of the restaurants and tour pick up points. This is now my hotel for all future Rome visits - business & leisure.

"Great Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
The staff at this hotel was so helpful and since I was traveling alone and did not speak the language they did whatever they could to accommodate me. The website pictures did not give this hotel justice. It was huge and the rooms were very big for European rooms. Nice breakfast and in a great area.
"Wonderful Roman Holiday"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful. We were made to feel like special guests. I wish I could remember all their names. Their recommendations of restaurants and places to go were most helpful. The room was a little cramped but nice. We had planned couple of day trips so being located within a five minute walk of Termini Station was plus. We are already planning a return trip and would stay at Hotel Verona - Rome again.
