We enjoyed our stay here. There were three of us, and we were given a 2-bedroom apartment. There were provisions - juice, packaged pastry and cookies, coffee and tea, plus dishes and a full kitchen. As others noted, it IS right at the train tracks, but the trains didn't seem to run late into the night, and didn't wake us in the morning, either. All in all, this was a great place to stay - near the center of town, walking distance to great restaurants, and very helpful and nice staff.
