"Great value in safe neighborhood in Naples surburb"

Very nice owner. Family run B &B. I stayed 3 nights while attending a pizza making course nearby. Excellent location - across from the train station that gets you to Naples airport. Th owner asks you want you want for breakfast and serves it up each morning (Continental style.) He helped me orient myself the first day which was very helpful. The owner of the pizza place, Enzo Cocci of PizzaConsulting.it recommended the place to me and I was very happy with the service and cleanliness of the room.

Maxim, the owner, is a fantastic host. The place is hard to find and the outside is grim but once inside it is spectacular. The rooms are huge. The breakfast room/ lounge is elegant, the breakfast is more than adequate. It is a quick walk to the Archaelogical Museo and the Duomo. It is deep within a neighborhood so you get a feel for the real Naples not the touristy standard movie shot of the harbor. Maxim escorted me to a restaurant and then came back and got me (I am an older woman traveling solo) as he didn't want me to get lost in the dark. Be aware the B & B is up 58 stone steps (but Maxim will help carry your bags). I missed the place as soon as I left.

It was just what we needed: a CLEAN, trustworthy, saferoom near the port, airport bus, etc. The neighborhood is pretty crummy, but hey, where in Naples isn't? Augusteo makes the mandatory night in Naples for Pompeii visitors not too bad at all.
"Great find in a great location"

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was a single traveler and stayed for a week. As you might not be able to tell from the description, it is an apartment not a hotel. Its a private entrance, one-bedroom, 2-level apartment with the full size bed and bathroom on the top floor and the kitchenette and living area on the first floor. There is no views from the apartment itself but who cares, its right next to the main road on the bay. Its very very quiet. The only noise you can hear is from the old elevator that stops around 10:30 pm. The owner's mother lives right next door so she was available for any anything and she really went out of her way to make me feel welcome (even giving me little snacks from Sicily). Breakfast wasn't included, but there is a grocery store on via Santa Lucia where you can buy milk, eggs, etc. All and all, I highly recommend.

I could not be happier with my choice here. This hotel far exceed my last trip to naples when I stayed in piazza garibaldi. Not only the location but the hotel as well. The location is quite central to where you want to be if you wish to see the city, and only a few minutes walk from via toledo, via tribunali and spaccanapoli. The metro is a short walk as well as the funiculare. The hotel room was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff was lovely and as helpful as could be. I've never felt more welcome at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
