The very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and affordable price make up for the filthy and rundown section of town where this hotel is located.

The hotel is across the street from the side exit of the train station. We had a triple room. Our room consisted of two floors--2 single beds on main floor and another on the second floor which would give you privacy when travelling with children. There is also a frig in the room. Our room was clean and comfortable and a great value for what we paid. We had planned to take a boat to Capri but the seas were too rough. Backup plan was to take train to Sorrento but that private train line was on strike. We went back to the train station as the main train line was running but within the next 30 minutes they too were on strike. Back at the hotel we mentioned this to the hotel reception and he made a few calls and offered a car with driver.

"Close to Airport"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 13, 2012
This hotel was of Holiday Inn quality. It provided us a quick trip to the airport on our way home. The staff was awesome! The location is a bit sketchy but as long as you are not out walking around,
"Little gem"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 23, 2012
The hotel is very small, on the 4th floor of the Galleria. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. One feels as if you are staying in a privately owned home. All of the staff was helpful and pleasant which sadly is not always so in Italy. The location was superb with a taxi stand in front which made life easy. Although I will not be visiting Naples again, I would stay at this hotel if I found myself in the neighborhood.

"Close to Central Train Station"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 7, 2012
Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean, fairly comfortable, and quiet. The convenience to the Central Train Station was very helpful, although the surrounding areas is extremely dirty with many "Beggars." However, these issues were off-set by the service that I received from the Front Desk Staff - particularly Elda! She was very friendy, extremely helpful, and very professional. Please give her my thanks, as I didn't get an opportunity to personally thank her!
"Naples is a mess"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 10, 2012
The ramada hotel in Naples is a nice hotel with great dinners and breakfast. The hotel is just in a horrible area. It is located near the train station but you will need an armed escort with you to make it to the hotel and forget about leaving the hotel after dark . This hotel should be used for a short stay when passing thru Naples .
