Very well run hotel with a helpful front desk. Pleasant atrium where one can sit and relax. Restaurant was also very good. Beds were comfortable by Italian standards. Shower was tiny and leaked. The airport shuttle does not run on weekends and the 5 minute cab ride costs 20 euros. Wished we had known that ahead of time. But all around we were pleased.
"Close to Central Train Station"

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean, fairly comfortable, and quiet. The convenience to the Central Train Station was very helpful, although the surrounding areas is extremely dirty with many "Beggars." However, these issues were off-set by the service that I received from the Front Desk Staff - particularly Elda! She was very friendy, extremely helpful, and very professional. Please give her my thanks, as I didn't get an opportunity to personally thank her!

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Probably not really a 4 star quality hotel, however. Walking distance to all of the major historical attractions, or an easy cab ride to somewhat more distant spots. Not a stylish part of town, but that did not matter to us. It is located on a small piazza that is pretty grungy, but Naples is a bit of a grungy place.

I'd like to think of this hotel as my home away from home. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and courteous in every way. The hotel is spot less and the breakfast is excellent. The location is also perfect. This stay, just like every other, was a 10/10

Tucked away, tough to find hotel but great value. 2 blocks from trains to Pompei & Sorrento; walk to lots but takes about 15 min. to anything; rough feeling neighborhood but don't think it was actually dangerous.
Very large/nice/new bathrooms, comfy bed & down comforter (rare), SILENT room when all windows closed but would have been tough if we needed them open; free wifi, language barrier though helpful at desk;
