"Great breakfast, even greater view"

The rooms were clean, large, and bright. The all-marble bathroom provided bathrobes and slippers, a glass shower with excellent water pressure, and a bidet. The bed was an actual queen (not two twins pushed together). For Naples it was a quiet neighborhood and the thick glass windows blocked out most street noise. The breakfast provided was excellent. Pastries, breads, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, juices, coffees, teas, fresh fruit, eggs'n'bacon, and cereals. It was the best breakfast on our entire month long excursion through Italy. Breakfast is served on a terrace (in the summer and in the winter, a room with full glass sliding doors) overlooking Vesuvius, Santa Lucia, Chiaia, and Mergellina. The internet was fast and they didn't even require a pass code. Just log on. It is close to Piazza Amedeo metro station but things in Naples are never as easy as they seem. If walking from the station there are two ways. The first is a winding road Villa della Margherita but this is a lot of cobble stone and even more dog excrement. The other is better. Take Via Crispi just past the German consulate, then take a side road and a "fun" stair case. Then double back on Corso V.E. About 10 mins total. If you take the Cumana is any easier walk from the Corso VE station but not faster. If you don't mind spending the money, a taxi from either station should be fast and not too expensive. But it is Naples so watch out for taxi drivers trying to take advantage of tourists.

Very well run hotel with a helpful front desk. Pleasant atrium where one can sit and relax. Restaurant was also very good. Beds were comfortable by Italian standards. Shower was tiny and leaked. The airport shuttle does not run on weekends and the 5 minute cab ride costs 20 euros. Wished we had known that ahead of time. But all around we were pleased.

The location was perfect for sight seeing. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions They booked a tour for us to visit Pompeii. We enjoyed the wi-fi access.
"Naples is a mess"

The ramada hotel in Naples is a nice hotel with great dinners and breakfast. The hotel is just in a horrible area. It is located near the train station but you will need an armed escort with you to make it to the hotel and forget about leaving the hotel after dark . This hotel should be used for a short stay when passing thru Naples .
"Good customer service"

The room was clean, the bathroom needed some updating, (water stain on ceiling). Customer service was nice, they gave us early check-in at 10am! Breakfast decent but don't try the eggs, they were weird.

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Probably not really a 4 star quality hotel, however. Walking distance to all of the major historical attractions, or an easy cab ride to somewhat more distant spots. Not a stylish part of town, but that did not matter to us. It is located on a small piazza that is pretty grungy, but Naples is a bit of a grungy place.

The hotel is very clean and friendly. A good location that is just the right distance the first train station. This ensures you a seat and it is a much easier station to work with. A word of caution ASK TOTAL PRICE FOR TAXI AT AIRPORT BEFORE GETTING IN. It should cost 20-25e. They will charge 45-50e if you dont work out price first.
