Beautiful hotel,like a museum. Loved the service,the ambiance,the room and amenities was 5 star.Doges Palace & St.Mark's Square a mere 3 mins walk.Incredible location.

It is set away from the center of Venezia, but is fantastic. Gets you into a quieter neighborhood with a great little walk to the center. The room was outstanding and our bathroom (we called the cave) was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and so nice to us. Venezia has become my favorite place thus far on my trip because of the people, sites and this hotel!

Once I navigated thru the flooded streets to get from the train station to the hotel, the rest of the stay was great. My single room was on the top floor but Ernesto carried my bag up all the stairs. I didn't pay for a view of the Grand Canal, but there is a patio on the 1st floor and a balcony from the dining room where you can enjoy great (free) views. And the complimentary breakfast served there is large & delicious. The front desk was very helpful in suggesting good, affordable restaurants nearby. It's only a short walk to the Rialto Bridge so it's a good location. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location for us. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a room facing the "street" and it was not too noisy. The breakfast was more than ample. I would stay here again.

Nice rooms, well appointed bar and friendly service oriented staff. The bar is a great place to unwind at the end of the day. During our stay private tours to Murano were scheduled courtesy of the hotel.

Beautiful room on the top floor (Il Canale, with a balcony overlooking the canal). The manager was very friendly, and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner (ae Spezie, literally right around the corner). Breakfast was simple and delicious, with great coffee. Everything is walkable from the hotel too. It made our little trip away really perfect! (Oh and wi-fi was not a problem, good signal and speed)
