We had a nice stay at the Royal San Marco & Marco & his staff were great. Very helpful upfront with questions & concerns we had. The bar company across the street was very accomodating in bring our drinks to the San Marco lobby where it was more comfortable & more private for our small group. One suggestion would be to upgrade the beds. The overall stay would have been more pleasant if there wasn't flooding in the square to deal with, but then the hotel can't be responsible for the weather. Larry & Vicki H

We stayed in the suite which was absolutely fantastic. It was beautifully appointed in a style that transported us to old world Italy. We travelled with two children and there was pleny of room to relax and sleeping accomodations for us all. The location is very close to Piaza San Marco and the staff were courteous and professional. The only thing lacking was the breakfast which was a bit limited in options. We loved this hotel and would stay here again in a heart beat! Highly recommend for both ambiance and location.

right near san marco square. A bit noisy and touristy. Difficult to find.
