  The Hotel was within a block of the Pisa Central Station and 1/2 a block from the Tourist Information Office. The room was small but spotlessly clean. Bed was hard like all Italian hotel beds. Service was average but breakfast was excellent. Neighborhood is run down like the area around most central stations around Italy. It is a 15 - 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. We would stay here again.

  Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean, quiet and served its purpose. The location was close to local transportation, with taxis, buses and the train within 300 meters of the door. The airport was a short comfortable walk (1.4km) and the Duomo and Leaning Tower within an easy comfortable walk in the oposite direction.

  The owner speaks english, especially, in such a smaller city. He was also very friendly and felt staying at our home. There is only one bath room for 8 or 10 people.

  Dear readers, would like to say that this was a great place to stay although a car hire is essential. The hotel was nice, just 2 bad points, the water in the bathroom taps tasted salty but as it was 30 degrees, and if thirsty you will drink anything. The only other bad point was the pool opening times 10-6, we were out most of day and wanted to swim early morning or late night. Would visit their again, reasonable priced restaurants a few kilos away..
