  This little hotel is in a great location a short distance outside the city walls of Montepulciano. The breakfast is ample and the rooms are adequate. The service is what makes this hotel special. Every time I entered the hotel I was greeted with a smile and conversation. At check in I was offered a selection of rooms to choose from. The pool is nice but the water was a little cool. I would be happy to stay there again.

  What an incredible location in the most incredible town. We had a fabulous time and the hotel accomodated our family well with two bedrooms and bathrooms which is necessary with two teenagers. The food at the restaurant was a gastronomical delight.

  The hotel was wonderful, our room exceeded our expectations and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only downfall to this hotel is that it is difficult to access unless you know EXACTLY where to go. We had an address, but it did not register with our GPS therefore it was incredibly difficult to find the hotel. It would be more helpful if on the site for the hotel there is a bit more direction for the guest.

  Hotel appears to be opening while having guests. Wonderful spot, great pool, nice rooms and breakfast. It will be an excellent place to stay when they get the kinks worked out.
