Hotel was beautiful. Room was small but nicely appointed. Breakfast room was like eating at a palace!! Staff was helpful and it is in a busy touristy area of town which was great for us. Hope to return soon!

Nice and clean business type hotel. Booked it because it said it had parking, which can be tough in Palermo. When we arrived in the afternoon, we were told that their lot wasn't available until 8:00pm. Which was weird. There was no indication of any parking time restrictions upon booking. But luckily it was a Sunday, so we were actually able to find street parking. Don't know if this is normal, but if you need a place with parking, you might be better off looking elsewhere. We had an early flight, and their breakfast starts at 6:30. We were leaving at 6:15, and they had all the food set up, but the room wasn't open yet. I asked if we could just grab a couple of croissants to go. The request completely blew their minds. I guess no one's ever asked that before. After about 10 minutes of deliberation, they finally grabbed a couple of croissants and napkins and let us have them. It was totally out of the norm, but they made it happen, which was nice... Otherwise, the rooms are great, AC works well, the place is clean, and the showers actually have doors so you don't completely thrash the bathroom when you shower (a rarity in Europe). Location is convenient for old town and city center. Wireless works well downstairs in the lobby, but not in the rooms.

The place was nice although room and particularly shower were small. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood pretty good but some of the side streets a little iffy late at night. Free wi-fi and close to airport bus transportation.

the hotel is north of the good shopping areas and close to the port in a dirty industrial area
