the hotel is north of the good shopping areas and close to the port in a dirty industrial area

The hotel staff did not advise that there was a shuttle available to take guests to town. While beautifully situated, the hotel is distant from the town centre and such advice would have been appreciated upon arrival. We took taxis at great expense the first two days of our stay. Staff advice about restaurants in town was good.
