"Convenient location and free parking"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 6, 2012
great location, walking distance to Padova sights and transportation. Staff is helful and friendly. Having the ability to park a car for free is super for those arriving via this mode of transport.

I really appreciated the staying at this hotel. It's right in the historical city, near Prate della Vale market, not far from the train station. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again if I had another trip to Padova. The room is small, but this was not a problem. The view was great:)

"Great location...you can walk to everything!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 24, 2012
Everything about this hotel was very good. The only issue was a foull smell that permeated our room after our second day. However, we experienced this in several of our previous hotels. I suspect this had more to do with the city sewage system than the hotel.
"Close to Sites"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 3, 2012
The atmosphere is amazing. It's decorated with art by one of the owners. The staff for the most part are friendly and helpful. However, the older woman who works the front counter often seemed put out by my questions. The hotel is also located near many sites such as the Botanical Garden, the Valle di Prato and St. Anthony's Basilica. The breakfast seemed a bit skimpy for the price: cereal, milk, bread, pastrys, toast, juice and coffee. For future visits, this hotel is 2nd on my list.
"Nice hotel, but geared to tourists"Reviewed by Cathy L of "St Louis MO" on Apr 17, 2012
We arrived the Saturday before Easter. The hotel restaurant was excellent, but that night was the only night they were open to "normal" guests. Sunday and Monday they only catered to a large group that had booked a bulk group of rooms. So, we had no place but McDonald's to eat on Easter Sunday. Basically, this hotel is catered to business professionals, but staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English.
"Good hotel in Padua - internet is weak"Reviewed by B K of "Boston, MA" on Jan 16, 2012
The hotel is good, with a nice breakfast. It's about a 10-minute walk from St. Justina or St. Antony. The room was comfortable, and the staff helpful (I had reserved two beds, and when that information didn't make it into the system properly, they upgraded me to a triple. It may have helped that it's off season (January)). My only complaint is that the internet was bad. They have some sort of http proxy or cache. Performance when surfing was very bad (lots of timeouts). If you visit an https: site, it works much better. At least the wireless was free.
"best location in Padova"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 12, 2011
The rooms were very clean and simple. Friendly staff and knew how to speak English. Best location next to the basillica
"Great location and charming hotel"Reviewed by Toni G of "Chattanooga, TN" on Jul 28, 2011
Hotel Corso is in a fantastic locale just a short walk from the train station, though the neighborhood on approach is a little sketchy. But the hotel rooms have a view of the river and public parks off many balconies and, if you're into art, the owner began a collection many years ago of local artwork that is fabulous - adorning hallways and rooms throughout. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with an aging elegance. Padua is a charming city with many heritage sites not to be missed...especially Giotto's frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel (tickets must be secured ahead of time) and the Basilica of St. Anthony (perhaps more beautiful than St. Peter's in Rome? certainly more diverse!)
