We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was fantasic, the location was great and the food at the resturant was great. It could get a little noisy since we were next to the school but all of the other things made up for that.

large rooms for a European standard, free breakfast consisting of your usual breads, cheeses, meats, pastries, orange juice, coffee, etc. Flat screen TV in room, nice shower pressure, etc. Would recommend. We were asked to leave the key at the reception desk when we went out for dnner, which is the second time this has happened to me in Italy. (the other one was in Venice). Must be a European thing, as the keys are "actual" keys.
