Receptionists were very informative and nice.Walk across the street from the train station and you are there.Main street for shopping just around the corner.Can't beat the location and price.

For a hotel near the airport this hotel fit the bill. Close enough to make it there on surface streets with the way marked with clear signage. For those of you with a car there is a gas station right next door and free underground parking. The attached restaurant has surprisingly good food. Room is showing it's age, but that being said, I didn't really need alot since it was just a convenient place to stay prior to departure. Walls are thin and you will hear all sounds from your neighbors. TV basically had only BBC for English entertainment. Free wi-fi.

Wonderful staff. Although we were only there for one night, the hotel and service from all staff was amazing. Very close to everything. Would stay again.

This hotel has excellent customer service. It was about a 12 euro cab ride from the train station so not within walking distance. The rooms were very large for the average Italian hotel that we stayed in throughout our trip. The only comment of concern was that the mattress was a little too firm for our liking. The breakfast buffet area was very extensive. It's a nice place.

I only wish that all the hotels on our sojourn through Italy and Istanbul had been as nice as this hotel. The 4 Viale Masini Hotel was all one wants in a hotel--comfort, clean, great breakfast, a very good restaurant in the hotel for lunch or dinner, and a 5 minute walk from the train station in Bologna. All this and at reasonable and fair rates. How wonderful!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at My One Hotel! First, the desk staff was amazingly helpful, directing us to a wonderful and very close restaurant for dinner, then giving us croissants and coffee at 5:15 AM before our cab to the airport. Then, the room was large, comfortable and modern. We slept beautifully!!

We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. Is close to the train station and to downtown Bologna.

It was nice. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Nice having an open bar in the evenings.
