Amazing Amazing service. I asked for toothpaste. 15 minutes later it was in my room. They told me they got it from the drugstore for me for no charge!!!

It was just one night stay. It worth to book with the meal included, good food, close location to the beach; the fact the hotel is several km's from the city can represent a plus if you drive a car because of the airport which is located in center.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was amazing, diverse and plentiful. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Great location. Tip - prior to stay, sign up for the Leonardo AdvantageCLUB. It's free and this will give you access to their business room which has computers with free Internet and nice snacks.

Great staff, food, and facility. Unbeknown to us, it is a family hotel, so very noisy. Great place for kids and family.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and nicely made up and the breakfast buffet was amazing - the food was never ending. A few issues we had were as follows. Firstly, internet service is not available in each room, but rather only in the lobby for an $8/hour fee. Also, the hotel lobby and hallways had a very strong odor (a mix between sewerage and air freshner) which at times was a bit overwhelming. The hotel grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool area was great and the location of the hotel is a 5-7 minute walk from the beaches and the mall. If you're interested in staying right on the beach, expect to pay more than double the price.
