This is not a high class hotel but compared to hotels in the area, you get a lot more space for the money. We stayed in one of the "underground studio" units and there was plenty of room for two us to spread out. We made several meals with the kitchen facilities-you can't do that in a hotel. These are basement units but there are big windows that allow indirect light so we didn't feel like we were in a basement. There were a few marks on the walls, one of the window shades was missing, and the furniture was a touch old but everything was clean. Being so close to the beach and the Carmel Street Market was great. We'll stay there again.
"A nice place in Tel Aviv"Reviewed by H Csaba of "Rotterdam" on Sep 19, 2009
We stayed at Dizengof Appartments for a week in Sept 2009 and were very satisfied. Our flight arrived in Tel Aviv in the middle of the night but they made arrangements so that we can get the keys. Sharon, who is working there, was very kind, and offered us tips and hints about Tel Aviv. We had a problem with the water supply in the appartment (our fault) and it was repaired very quickly! The appartment was clean and neat, towels and bedclothes were provided. The appartment is very close to a local bus station, to a supermarket, to a nice beach and to a "party area" of Tel Aviv in the North. Only thing that was a bit negative was the noise. The living room was facing Dizengof street which has quite some traffic in the morning. Even if windows are closed you hear it. However, all in all, if we ever go back to Tel Aviv we will certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!
