"Modern, western-style business hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 29, 2013
This hotel was a bit hard to find (my auto rickshaw driver didn't know where it was and had to call and ask people), but other than that it was a great experience. The room was very modern, western-style and clean. The wifi worked great, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
"Hotel name not visible"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 8, 2013
The hotel was nice, but there is such a small sign board that you might not be able to tell where the hotel is, even standing across the street! To make things worse, the font is practically unreadable! If you are unfamiliar with the area and are trying to navigate Jaipur traffic and ask directions, it might be best to ask for directions for MGF mall. The hotel roon was nice and clean. Hotel is across the street from a mall (crossing the street is another thing) so quite a few eating options. The room has a big window looking into the bathroom (which has lots of mirrors). There is a pull down screen on the inside that doesn't quite cover the entire window... so... sitting in the room you can see whats going on in the bathroom (!!!WHAT???) Obviously that needs fixing! The quality of service was good and their complementary breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen. They had North and South Indian food, continental food, omlette center... to name a few. It was great!

"Overall satisfied but nothing stood out"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 10, 2012
Overall it was a satisfying experience but no particular attribute of the hotel stood out.
"It was an OK hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 30, 2012
Satkar's manager is pretty cool and helpful. Advised us on how to get around and what to see. The food that they cooked for us was good too. The hotel itself was an OK one for Indian standards. Complaint: Nobody picked us up from the rail station even though it's included in the price. We had to pay an extra 150 rs.
"A Must Stay!!!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 4, 2012
I originally planned to stay one night but ended up staying three nights. You know that you are in a first rate establishment when the owner is on site. In this case, Vijay treated me more like a family member than a guest. From the moment I arrived, Vijay did everything in his power to make me feel at home. He was always willing to just sit with me and discuss everything from family to politics, while always seeming to offer insight in the Indian culture. Additionally, he went above and beyond any normal hotel operator when I had issues with an unruly taxi driver. He even helped me track down my lost credit card, even though he had other personal plans for the evening. In short, if you want a simple hotel, you can go anywhere. But if you want a true FINE establishment, I would highly highly recommend Hotel Haveli!!!

I would definitely stay here if we are ever in Jaipur again. The hotel was fantastic; I can imagine royalty living here and lounging around.the hotel personnel were always so professional and ready to help us with anything we wanted. Great hotel with great staff.

"Great stay in Jaipur"Reviewed by Duncan S of "Chicago, IL" on Nov 4, 2011
A super nice stay in wonderful building. Great staff, very accommodating and helpful. Very comfortable rooms and in comfortable surrounds. Fairly good striking distance to old town. The only two items that stopped me scoring a 5 rating is that the breakfast was very ordinary; strawberry? jelly (jam) on toast and pancakes every day. Instant coffee and no juice. The restaurant meals were quite bland and the beer more expensive than restaurants in town.
"No compromise with transport"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 16, 2011
They supposed to pick me up at the train station and they didn't. And offered me a ride to the airport and the car was ready 1 hour late. Everything else is fine with the hotel.
