Great business class hotel. Restaurant us top notch. Hotel is getting a little older, but still very livable.
"Clean, comfortable but some noise issues"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 20, 2013
We were in Jaipur for three nights. Overall we found this hotel clean and comfortable. The restaurant had very good food for dinner and we ate there all three nights. Breakfasts were fine. Eggs to order and good tea. No American coffee, just instant. The room we were in was facing a courtyard that had tables set for dinner. There was an extremely loud group of people talking and laughing late at night and we had some difficulty getting the hotel to move the group to the other side of the courtyard. Though they do have wireless Internet it barely works in the rooms. Even in their "business center" the Internet connection was poor and slow. We did like the feel of the hotel, which is tucked off the street and surrounded by a wall. It was convenient and removed from the commotion that is inherent in Jaipur.
"Hotel name not visible"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 8, 2013
The hotel was nice, but there is such a small sign board that you might not be able to tell where the hotel is, even standing across the street! To make things worse, the font is practically unreadable! If you are unfamiliar with the area and are trying to navigate Jaipur traffic and ask directions, it might be best to ask for directions for MGF mall. The hotel roon was nice and clean. Hotel is across the street from a mall (crossing the street is another thing) so quite a few eating options. The room has a big window looking into the bathroom (which has lots of mirrors). There is a pull down screen on the inside that doesn't quite cover the entire window... so... sitting in the room you can see whats going on in the bathroom (!!!WHAT???) Obviously that needs fixing! The quality of service was good and their complementary breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen. They had North and South Indian food, continental food, omlette center... to name a few. It was great!

I had booked this hotel for my parents in India. They love the stay there, and informed they had received wonderful treatment from the employees. Room were clean and proximity to attraction was excellent. Will have to book same hotel for my self when I will visit Jaipur.

"Very Comfortable Hotel at Reasonable Price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 27, 2010
This is one of the best and very professional hotel I came across. Rooms are spacious and clean, It has roof top pool restaurant and lobby based Henry's pub, both of them are just amazing. Room service is excellent and food is simply awesome. I liked the food so much that I used to have my lunch and dinner at room itself. Staff members are very friendly and always there to help you with your needs. My flight was in the late evening and they extended my late check out. I make regular visit to Jaipur and this is the hotel I would be coming all the time now.
